Welcome to Accidental Wonky Bag Company's Shipping Policy.
I use recycled packaging to minimize the environmental impact of my products. Your bag will be hand packed into a bag or box which has previously been used. Don't be surprised if you find your bag arriving in a repurposed cereal box or coffee bean bag!
Return & Exchange Policy
At Accidental Wonky Bag Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bag. All of my bags are handmade in a wonky haphazard manner using salvaged materials, if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and fix or remake or exchange policy.
